BIOGRAPHY
Elements of four combative forces joined together in a distinctive display of musical elation with the merge of black, death, thrash as well as gothic metal creating a wicked art form know as Twisted Autumn Darkness. Twisting into formation in 1999, band consists of Namaste (vocals, guitar), Aeon (lead guitar), Oskariot (bass) and Sathan (drums). Members create such intensity with ferocious guitar work over lapped by concentrated cadenced sounds captivated by the onslaught of the rapid turbulent rhythm section.
Creating a new being completely their own Twisted Autumn Darkness’s first demo release entitled Darkness Rising in 2001 stirred critical acclaim by the underground scene claiming new fan victims as well as reviews stating “they are a breath of fresh air”. Through the changes in line up of original vocalist and keyboardist the band stayed true to the twisted energy thus finding that final counterpart by recruiting Namaste whom over took the vocal duties. Blending his sinister guitar essence to the cluster as well as hades inspired singing and songwriting the band went into the studio of May 2003 to begin recording the full length album.
Entering in Purple Studios in Norwich to being the creation of this obscurity perverse they brought in recording engineer Richard Hammerton (Miranda Sex Garden, Catherine Wheel, Deviated Instinct) to assist in their process of melodious revelation. Adding another link to this autumn darkness the studio is set within a graveyard as a result giving the band that eerie stimulation that gave to the accompanying feel to the milieu of recording.
Producing
a menacing assail in the delineate of Destroy the Bastard and Trinity, an
album score of deep lyrical substance and for musical achievements this album
not only renders the soul to pieces but smashes the lesser beings into place.
Musically diverse in aggressive melodic overtones their sound can be described
as a frame of brutal creativity at its best. Intense guitar minds fitted well
with an assertive array of concentrated tempo subdivisions Twisted Autumn
Darkness prevails like none other.

Reviews
Nocturnal Hall Magazine CD review
“Destroy the Bastard and Trinity has potential for making the way for Twisted Autumn Darkness into the ranks of others of their kind. This is a band to watch out for.”
-Jessie Gough, Nocturnal Hall.com
Tartarean Desire CD review
“Thing I like about this band is that they are not afraid of experimenting with some rather unorthodox rhythm patterns and the incorporation of riffs from both death and thrash metal into their musical blend”.
-Jamie Wilson, Tartarean Desire.com
Metal Observer CD review
“Their music is very varied and never bores me. It never sounds repetitive. People who like brutal Black Metal that isn't void of melody should definitely buy this album!”
-Milan Elkerbout, Metal-Observer.com
Metal Observer CD review (Darkness Rising)
“The album is fresh, diverse, and well-executed. I hope this band gets signed in the future, so we can continue hearing more about TWISTED AUTUMN DARKNESS, but for now, a big cheer to the guys, good debut here!”
-Vincent Portegijs, Metal-Observer.com
Metal Hammer CD review
“Impressive debut from Brit quartet there’s a boldness and bravery about this English foursome. Talent such as this deserves every encouragement, because this lot could easily challenge the ascendancy of Europe on the extreme metal scene-if they’re allowed to grow. A future force.”
- Malcolm Dome, Metal Hammer.net
Power Play Magazine CD review
“Have proved themselves well capable of producing some instantly enjoyable and effective dark thrashings with a definite sense of menace. Not a bad start in my book.”
-Chris Kee, Powerplay Magazine.com
Terrorizer Magazine CD review
“These scions of Albion have produced a spirited debut that
accommodates creative elements within a storm of thrash metal with black tinges.
Vocalist Namaste sounds like Jeff Walker (Carcass) with a Throat Infection (and
that’s a good thing).
